Welcome to MyDreamyStitch. This Shipping Policy describes how we manage the processing, transit, and delivery of your orders globally. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a mandatory processing period before shipment.

  • Processing Window: 3 to 5 business days.

  • During this time, we perform strict quality control on your SnuggleStitch™ and prepare it for international transit.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders worldwide.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 18 to 22 business days after the processing window.

  • Total Estimated Arrival: 21 to 27 business days from the date of purchase.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48-72 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey through our "Track Your Order" page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MyDreamyStitch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please contact your local customs office for specific details regarding your country’s regulations.

5. International Shipping Liabilities

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must report it to us within 10 days of the marked delivery date.

  • Insured Shipping: In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, MyDreamyStitch will provide a replacement at no extra cost to the customer.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, MyDreamyStitch is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs clearance procedures, global logistics disruptions, extreme weather, or courier strikes.
